We Arrived

Today is a very special day, today we took possession of our family property in Barry’s Bay. We arrived at the house with the dogs ready to explore and start this wonderful adventure.

Luckily our Realtor was here and had started a fire to warm up the house which had been empty for months. We melted snow on the wood stove as for drinking water for the dogs (channeling our inner Laura Ingalls) as the house warmed.

It was evident this property was something special, but there is lots of work to be done to make it ours.
