Winter Is Letting Go at The Answer

Winter is slowly loosening its grip at The Answer. The days are getting longer, the snowbanks are shrinking, and the forest is beginning to wake up again.

The lake is still holding onto its ice, but along the shoreline you can hear it shifting under the warming sun. Trails that spent months under snow are starting to reappear, and the woods feel alive in that quiet way that only comes at the edge of spring.

This time of year is when we start preparing the land for the seasons ahead. Trails are slowly being cleared and improved, plans are forming for the gardens, and small projects around the property are beginning to take shape again.

Before long, the lake will open, the gardens will be planted, and the campfire circle will start filling with long evenings and good conversation.

Spring is on its way.
